For those in management and leadership roles who want to gain personal and professional mastery and make an extraordinary contribution in their business or professional world. The program provides a comfortable yet dynamic learning environment where you will be fully engaged, challenged to think in new ways, and inspired to take bold, innovative actions.

• Understanding Mastery as a Journey
• Vision/Intention
• Context/Creating - the access to new possibilities

Included:

• An individual pre-program consultation
• Five classroom sessions running from 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM daily
• Individual coaching on request
• A workbook, materials and a working lunch
